Based in New Zealand, Cardrona Spirits crafts whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs in a breathtaking setting.
Rose Rabbit small batch single malt liqueurs
Orange: hand-made with New Zealand orange peel macerated in rich Cardrona un-aged Single Malt spirit. Perfect to drink neat, over ice or mixed into a classic cocktail. 700ml, 47.1% ABV.
Elderflower: Wild Central Otago Elderflower from the Southern Alps of New Zealand, hand-picked by our Cardrona team, has been married with our rich Single Malt Spirit and lemon.
Perfect to drink neat, over ice or top with bubbles for the perfect refreshing cocktail. 700ml, 41.7% ABV.
Butterscotch: made using a secret family recipe, decadently sweet, with toasty, buttery notes married with robust Cardrona single malt. 700ml, 43.8% ABV.

Orange: The distillery’s signature flavour among its single malt liqueurs.
Fresh orange juice flavours zing throughout. Slightly oily, zesty and malty but exceedingly more-ish. A delicious balance of malty notes and vibrant citrus.
Excellent over ice. The addition of soda water (or cava) and a sprig of fresh mint would make a refreshing summer long drink.

Elderflower: I love the taste of elderflower so I was happy to try this liqueur. In addition to the elderflower taste, it is combined with lemony citrus.
Over ice is fine but in addition to making it a long drink by the addition of some fizz, in my opinion, a small amount poured over vanilla ice-cream would be a decadent treat (adults only!).

Butterscotch: I didn’t have a sample of this malt based liqueur, however, if the previous two are anything to go by, I bet it’s a sweet treat.
