NOMOS Glashütte Club Campus deep pink and blue purple
The NOMOS Glashütte Club Campus deep pink and the blue purple are intended for life’s special moments such as a graduation or completing an apprenticeship. The models’ California dials are enlivened with vivid hues while the solid casebacks provide the perfect medium for a personal inscription. Each model incorporates an in-house movement, reaffirming the company’s extraordinary watchmaking expertise.

In many countries, when a teenager reaches the age of 18, they are considered in law to be an adult. However, in reality, many of these individuals have yet to experience real life.
On leaving school, some teenagers begin an apprenticeship while other young people go to university. Over the ensuing years, they acquire knowledge, not merely from reading books, but from experiencing life. This is when these human flowers transition from immature buds to fully-formed blooms.

Some parents and grandparents choose to mark the ‘coming of age’ with a gift such as a watch. However, when recognising one of life’s milestones, a timepiece should proffer years of lasting joy. NOMOS Glashütte has an enviable reputation for making reliable watches blessed with an enduring charm.
While NOMOS Glashütte makes watches in neutral shades of white and beige, the brand occasionally produces vibrantly hued versions of its Club Campus model. For example, last year the German brand released four models, two in future orange and two in absolute gray. Each variant is available in a choice of 36mm and 38.5mm case sizes. All models feature a solid caseback, allowing proud parents to specify a personalised engraving to the rear of the watch.

Now, the 4th edition of the Club Campus has just been unveiled. The NOMOS Glashütte Club Campus deep pink and blue purple are, once again, offered in two case sizes 36mm and 38.5mm. Moreover, each ownership proposition comes with a solid caseback.
Lastly, while there is a sense of fun with these latest models there is also some serious watchmaking behind the scenes. The hand-wound Caliber Alpha is an in-house movement encompassing impressive finishing and excellent precision. NOMOS ownership is a sign of maturity, a characteristic this watch celebrates wonderfully.
The brand’s press release
Vigour and joie de vivre radiate from two new watch models, which come in two sizes from NOMOS Glashütte, and released just in time to welcome Spring: Club Campus deep pink and Club Campus blue purple are more eye-catching, flashier and beg to be seen. And elevate your mood. In short: Typical of youth.

Both new colours are versatile: The deep pink not only goes well with dark blue, black, grey and white. But also – making it even more modern – with olive and other green tones, brown, red, purple and yellow. The blue purple not only combines well with cream and light grey tones, black and dark blue. It also goes well with orange, sunny yellow and bluish greens.

As with the Campus versions of past years, a mix of Roman and Arabic numerals display the time, and the watches are water resistant up to 100 meters, sporty and easy to read even in the dark. The highly precise NOMOS Alpha movement comes from the company’s own manufactory.

Great for gifts: On Campus models, the back can be custom-engraved by NOMOS. Immortalizing everything that deserves to or should be remembered: Milestones, wishes and compliments. From grandma to grandson (for university acceptance), uncle to their favourite niece, parents to their son who just received a PhD, neighbours as a thank-you for babysitting: Gift-givers have up to four lines to indelibly inscribe their bond with the recipient.

The NOMOS Club Campus series for the next generation of watch wearers has existed since 2017. It is the most successful series of mechanical wristwatches made in Germany available for young women and men. NOMOS Glashütte is one of the few owner-operated watch manufactories in the world, and creates its mechanical timepieces in Glashütte, Germany. Watch models such as the Tangente, Ludwig, Orion, Club or Metro are world-famous – just like the place where they are made. This is because “Glashütte” is a legally protected designation of origin. Only manufacturers who work according to strict rules in the 175-year-old tradition of the town are permitted to use it for their wristwatches. NOMOS Glashütte is the manufacturer that produces the most mechanical watches in Glashütte.
